Why was my application denied?
Applications are reviewed across several factors. Common reasons for denial:
Outdated documentation, payslips that are too old fail to confirm current income. Submit the most recent one.
Insufficient employment tenure — short-term or temporary roles may not meet our minimum requirement.
Requested amount too high — for new users, requesting a high amount before establishing payment history often leads to denial. Try a lower amount.
Previous account issues — if you had a previous account with unpaid balances or collections, new applications are denied. This decision is final.
What you can do
Reapply with a lower amount if you were denied for a high request.
Submit your most recent payslip.
Confirm your employment meets our minimum tenure.
Wait and build payment history with smaller purchases.
Important: decisions involving prior unpaid accounts are final and can't be appealed. Support agents don't have the authority to override these.
