We will NEVER sell your personal data to anyone.
Suave enables the visitors of its site, paywithsuave.com, to be in control of their personal data. We also provide controls that allow Suave's customers to have control over the privacy of personal data that is captured by our service. This Privacy Policy provides information about how Suave  processes and protects this data.
Suave considers data protection and privacy to be of paramount importance. We never sell personal data and we carry out all processing operations in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as well as the Laws of Florida (together the “Applicable Law”), where Suave is incorporated.

Your Data, Your Rights
You have a right to be informed of Personal Data processed by Suave, a right to rectification/correction, erasure and restriction of processing. You also have the right to receive from Suave a structured, common and machine-readable format of Personal Data you provided to us.
We can only identify you via your email address and we can only adhere to your request and provide information if we have Personal Data about you through you having made contact with us directly and/or you using our site and/or service. We cannot delete information on customers with an active payment plan(s), since it is still an active legal contract between the customer and merchant.

CONSENT AND POLICY MODIFICATION
You accept this Privacy Policy when you sign up for, access, or use the Suave Services. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use any of the Suave Services. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Changes will be effective immediately for new users and 30 days following the posting for existing customers. Your continued use of Suave Services 30 days following such posting means you accept those changes.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
When you visit the Site or use any of the Suave Services, we collect Personal Information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access device. The information sent to us includes data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you’re using, your location, mobile network information, standard web log data and other information. Web log data includes the browser type you’re using and traffic to and from our Site. In addition, if you open a Suave account or use Suave Services, we may collect the following types of information:

Contact information, such as your name, address, phone, email, account type, and other similar information. Personal information - your name, date of birth,phone, email, third-party application IDs, and other similar information.Contact information is used in order to use the service and log in to the app, as such to also verify ID, your name is used to provide a better user experience within the app and to verify your identity.

We may use this information or other information you provide to verify your identity and we use Date of Birth in order to personalize user experience. We give users presents on their birthday to enhance user experience.
We may also receive information about you from third parties, such as identity verification services.
We also collect information from or about you in other ways, such as through contact with our customer support team and results when you respond to a survey.

Information Suave learns from your use
When you use Suave we may collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or any other device. This information may include your IP address, device information including but not limited to identifier, name and type, operating system, location, mobile network information and standard web log information, such as your browser type, traffic to and from our site, the pages you accessed on our website, and any other available information. We may also collect information about your use and interaction with our website, application or the Services. We collect information your provide when you use our services like stored content, such as contacts stored in your mobile device . We only collect this informtion with your permission.
Data from other users. If you are in another user's contact list and they choose to share that list with us, then we will collect the contact information and your association with that user. With Facebook log in, suave collects information from you such as, name, email and date of birth. This can be removed when you opt to delete your account in the settings tab within your app.

For example, we may evaluate your computer, mobile phone or other access device to identify any malicious software or activity that may affect the availability of Suave. When you use the Suave, we may also store information based on your usage history. This includes, but is not limited to, details of your purchases, content you viewed.

Access your information
You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting us at support@paywithsuave.com. You can also request to close your account if you do not have an active payment plan by contacting us at support@paywithsuave.com or in IOS you can close your account simply by following these steps:
1. Click on “profile”
2. Click on “your name”
3. Click on “Delete account.”
If you close your Suave account, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed”. If you close your account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties,all personal information will be removed.
Access to your device data. You may disconnect your mobile app's acces to certain sorted devices information through your device's settings. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the app to access your contact list or photo gallery in your phones settings.

We do not consider Personal Information to include information that is anonymous or that we have made anonymous so that it cannot be used to identify an individual customer and does not contain other information that provides uniquely identifying characteristics (“Anonymous Information”).

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
When you access our Site or use Suave Services, we (including companies we work with) may place small data files on your computer or other device. These data files may be cookies, pixel tags, "Flash cookies," or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications ("Cookies"). We use these technologies to: recognize you as a customer; customize Suave Services, content, and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness; help ensure that your account security is not compromised; mitigate risk and prevent fraud; and to promote trust and safety across our Sites and Suave Services.

We use both session and persistent Cookies. Session Cookies expire and no longer have any effect when you log out of your account or close your browser. Persistent Cookies remain on your device until you erase them or they expire.

You are free to decline our Cookies if your browser or browser add-on permits, but doing so may interfere with your use of our Site and Suave Services. THE WAY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our primary purpose in collecting Personal Information is to provide you with a payment plan option for goods and services. We may use your Personal Information to:

provide Suave Services and customer support;
resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our contracts;
customize, measure, and improve Suave Services and the content, layout, and operation of our Sites and applications;
deliver targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences;
contact you by placing a voice call or email messaging;
compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties.
We use your contact list so that you can invite your contacts and earn promotions and rewards.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES
We may share your Personal Information with:

Service providers under contract who help with our business operations such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your Personal Information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
Stripe to authorize your Debit & credit card. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that any information sent to Stripe will be treated in accordance with their privacy policy, located at

Credit bureaus and collection agencies to report account information, as permitted by law.
Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your Personal Information. Suave will not sell or rent any of your Personal Information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent and only shares your Personal Information with third parties as described in this policy.
We may share Anonymous Information with our customers or other third parties to provide information for analytics, website usage or for other retail purposes.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY THIRD-PARTY SITES
Our Site may use a third party to present or serve advertisements that you may see at our Site. These third party ad servers may use cookies, web beacons, clear gifs or similar technologies to help present such advertisements, and to help measure and research the advertisements' effectiveness. The use of these technologies by these third party ad servers is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by our Privacy Policy. In addition, our Site may contain links to other sites and other sites may also reference or link to our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites

SECURITY
The security of your Personal Information is very important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Suave offers Face ID as an optional, more convenient way to sign in to the app as an alternative to logging in to the app. When you enable this feature, authentication is performed entirely on your device by Apple's iOS using the Secure Enclave (or by Android's equivalent secure biometric subsystem). Suave does not collect, store, transmit, process, or have access to any face data, fingerprint data, biometric templates, scans, or images. The app only receives a confirmation from the operating system indicating whether authentication succeeded or failed. No biometric information is ever sent to Suave's servers or shared with any third party, and no biometric data is retained by Suave for any period of time. You can disable Face ID or Touch ID at any time through your device settings or from within the Suave app, and continue signing in with your PIN.
