My card isn't working, what now?
If your card isn't working and you can't make a payment, you have two options:
Use a different card. Add it through Profile → Payment Methods.
Submit a wire transfer. Use the bank details in our 'Can I pay via bank transfer?' article.
Let us know once the transfer is made so we can match the payment to your account.
