To cancel a flight

  1. Contact the travel agency or airline directly. Request the cancellation and get a written cancellation confirmation.

  2. Share the confirmation with Suave. Once we have it, we'll process the refund to your original payment method and cancel your payment plan.


To change a flight date

  1. Contact the travel agency or airline directly to change the date. A change fee or penalty may apply, depending on their policy.

  2. No action needed from Suave — your payment plan continues as normal. Suave only handles the payment, not the itinerary.
