I can't log in to my account
A few things commonly cause login issues:
You're using an incognito or private browser session — these can block authentication. Switch to a regular browser session.
Cached data from a previous account. Fully close (force quit) the Suave app and reopen it.
Suave allows only one account per device — if another account was set up on this device, you'll need our help to clear it.
You're trying to Sign Up when you should be using Sign In. If you see 'phone number already linked,' choose Sign In instead.
