My ID verification is failing — what's wrong?
A few common issues cause ID verification to fail:
Only one side of the ID submitted. We need both the front and back.
Document type not accepted. We need a valid government-issued photo ID — passport, national ID card, or driver's license. Expired IDs and non-government documents are rejected.
Low-quality image. Blurry, dark, or unclear photos won't pass.
Photocopies or scans of IDs may not pass — take a fresh photo of the original.
For a successful submission
Submit a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID.
Take clear photos of both sides.
Make sure all text is well-lit and fully visible.
Photograph the original document, not a copy.
