Why was my payslip rejected?
A few common reasons:
Low image quality — blurry photos, cut-off screenshots, glare, or dark images make details hard to verify.
Outdated payslip — we need a recent one to confirm your current income.
Missing key info — your name, employer name, pay date, and net/gross pay must be clearly visible.
Edited or incomplete documents — cropped or altered payslips will fail automatically.
What to do
Upload a clear photo or PDF of your most recent payslip.
Make sure all details are visible and nothing is cut off.
