How do I update my email address?
Keeping your email up to date helps you log in smoothly and makes sure you don't miss important updates.
To update your email
Open the Suave app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Settings.
Tap the ✏️ icon next to your current email.
Choose your new email (it should be linked to your Apple, Google, or Facebook account).
Confirm the change.
Seeing a strange email in your account?
If your account shows an email you don't recognize, it's likely Apple's 'Hide My Email' feature. When you sign in with Apple, it can create a unique email address to protect your real one. The Apple-generated email is still valid — your account works normally.
If you'd prefer to use your actual email, follow the same steps above and select your preferred email instead. Your balance, payment plans, and transaction history will all transfer to the updated email.
