Tracking refunds with an ARN

If we've processed a refund for you, an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) can be provided on request. This is a unique identifier for the transaction that your bank can use to track the refund through their system.

If a refund seems delayed, share the ARN with your bank, it usually speeds up resolution significantly.

Note:  Suave doesn't control fees imposed by your bank, like foreign transaction or currency exchange charges. If you believe a bank fee was applied in error, contact your bank directly.
