Why hasn't my refund been applied yet?

Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to process. In some cases, our partner merchants may still be finalizing the transaction on their end.

As soon as we receive the refund from the merchant, it's credited back to your account. If it's been longer than 5 business days, chat with us and we'll look into it.
