How long do refunds take?
Refund timing depends on the type of refund and your bank:
Standard refunds: 7–10 business days to reflect back on your payment method.
Suave payment plan refunds: 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account after we process the refund.
Tip: Banks have their own processing speeds. If you don't see the refund after the stated timeline, contact your bank directly — they can locate it using the ARN we provide.
