How do I make a purchase with Suave?
Making a purchase with Suave takes a few minutes. After downloading the app and receiving your pre-approved amount, you're ready to use Suave at any participating store.
In-store
Select the items you want.
Tell the cashier you'd like to pay with Suave.
The cashier generates a QR code on their Suave admin phone.
In your Suave app, tap the blue Suave button at the bottom-center of the screen to open your camera.
Scan the QR code.
Select your payment plan (4, 6, 12, or 24 months — 24 months is available at select stores only).
Pick the date you'd like future payments to charge each month.
Important: once you confirm the purchase, the payment date cannot be changed. Pick a date that consistently works with your income schedule.
If everything goes through, you'll hear our signature chime and see a green checkmark. That's it — you've made your purchase.
